Are these products safe? +
All SIGNAL products use well-established ingredients with a strong safety profile. We follow conservative claim guidelines and include FDA disclaimers on every product page. Always consult a physician if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
What's the difference between strips and capsules? +
Strips dissolve on the tongue in seconds with no water or swallowing. They are designed for convenience and speed. Capsules are better for larger ingredient doses and work well as part of a morning or evening routine.
How long until I notice a difference? +
