We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how refunds work.

30-Day Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

How It Works

  • Unopened products: full refund, no questions asked.
  • Opened products: because our products are consumable supplements, we don't ask you to mail anything back. Just reach out, tell us what's wrong, and we'll process a refund.
  • Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you immediately.

How to Request

  1. Email hello@signalsupplements.com with your order number.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What's Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.

Lost Packages

If tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
