We aim to fulfil and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds. In general, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a product defect.
